MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch

Hello

I was using Fitbit Charge for a while with MFP Now I am planning to switch to Apple Watch.

Sync with Fitbit was kind of flaky and not always successful.

How about combination of MFP with Apple Watch?

I never used Apple Watch before and I am not sure if it even need MFP or it is sufficient enough itself.

Any success stories? Maybe Apple Watch so good interface that one does not even need MFP

Thanks

b.t.w. Does Apple Watch has Web interface? Like other devices e.g. Fitbit, MFP and etc or only iPhone could be an interface?

No.

There are third party fitness apps available for Apple Watches > http://www.apple.com/watch/fitness/

You can use third party fitness apps OR the pre installed Watch fitness feature > http://www.apple.com/watch/fitness/

Keep in mind, in order to use Apple Watch it must be paired with an iPhone 5 or later and the latest version of iOS.

Hi

Apple Watch does not presently have a web interface for activity and fitness-related features.

Both the Activity app and the Health app on the paired iPhone can be used to review historic activity and data.
